I won't be pretentious and call myself an artist. But in lack of a better word, I call these images art and decoration. I often want to express other things with my images than what I do in my commercial work, and that's when I play around with images like these. Pictures that reflect the kind of mood I'm in, and all the thoughts whirling through my head. I usually end up with abstract images, and if the subject might be a bit more specific, I like to use movement and blur. Now and then people happen to stumble upon these images, and quite a few of them have ended up in brochures, as magazine covers, or as a wall decoration. Hmm, maybe it is «art» after all...?!
